Band Members Ariele Macadangdang\, Joy Adams\, and Bryan Dubrow originally met in the mid 2010’s and reunited in 2022 with ambitions to push themselves – and audiences – musically and emotionally.\nAs an “eclectic\, free spirited acoustic trio” Salomé Songbird’s sound “comes from each individual’s musical background blending together in sync.” Their professional histories span old time and bluegrass\, to jazz\, pop\, and death metal; members have performed with artists including Darol Anger\, Nathaniel Rateliff\, The Flobots\, Kygo\, Ben Folds\, and Dave Liebman. As a trio they channel this variety of influences into original music inspired by mental health\, religious trauma\, and cartoons.\nSalomé Songbird released their debut single “Jellyfish” in January of 2025.

With a natural ear for harmony and an aptitude for picking\, it wasn’t long before a young Michael Hearne was a fixture at parties and local events in his childhood hometown of Dallas. By the age of sixteen he had honed his skills on the guitar and\, without a doubt in his mind about his destiny\, he hit the road as a touring musician. Michael’s career over the next few decades would take him across the southwest and beyond. Calling the mountains of northern New Mexico home for many years\, Michael shared his talents as a singer\, songwriter\, and picker in bars\, listening rooms and dance halls throughout the region. In the 1980’s\, he toured as a member of Michael Martin Murphey’s band\, recording on Murphey’s 1982 self-titled album for Liberty Records. Hearne has penned songs for Jerry Jeff Walker and Gary P. Nunn (“Lesson to be Learned from Love”) and his New Mexico anthem\, “New Mexico Rain\,” was recorded by country music legend Johnny Rodriguez as well as by his uncle and aunt\, Bill and Bonnie Hearne. Michael has also co-written with Mentor Williams\, Andy Byrd\, Shake Russell\, Keith Sykes\, and many others. After hosting years of informal barn dances\, Michael officially began his Big Barn Dance Music Festival in Taos in 2003.

When Sarah Anderson and Paul DeHaven met and began playing together in 2004\, they had no idea just how deep the well of their musical partnership would prove to be. After the disbanding of indie-folk sweethearts Paper Bird\, the duo founded Heavy Diamond Ring and never looked back. HDR is the culmination (thus far) of their signature sound\, a fountain of open-hearted\, folk-rock\, steeped in vocal harmony and group synergy. Led by Anderson’s smooth-as-honey vocals and DeHaven’s rugged guitar chops\, the band has been described as “open-road\, long drive music”\, having “a little bit of twang\, and a whole lot of beef”\, and their live show as “infectious and contagious”. The band is rounded out by veteran knockouts Blake Stepan (bass)\, Mike Lang (keys)\, and Orion Tate Ignelzi (drums). DESCRIPTION:Toronto-based singer-songwriter Julian Taylor\, of combined Mohawk (Kahnawake) and Caribbean ancestry\, is a major label veteran\, Toronto music scene staple\, and musical chameleon. His versatility as a songwriter is signature; one minute he’s onstage playing with his band spilling out electrified rhythm and blues glory\, and the next he’s featured at a folk festival delivering a captivating solo singer-songwriter set. \nFormerly associated with the band Staggered Crossing\, he has continued to record and perform as a solo artist and has released twelve studio albums since 2001. With his songs being placed in such TV shows as “Haven\,” “Private Eyes\,” “Kim’s Convenience\,” “Degrassi: The Next Generation\,” and “Elementary.” \nHe has been part of the musical fabric and landscape in Canada for over two decades. Taylor enjoyed a breakthrough year in 2020\, when his second solo acoustic album\, The Ridge\, earned a million plays on Spotify\, praise from press worldwide\, and airplay from America to Australia to the U.K. Loaded with soulful Americana and country twang\, the album was produced by Taylor himself and Saam Hashemi\, and was recorded at The Woodshed in Toronto. DESCRIPTION:Through twenty years and a couple of thousand shows together in bands such as The Foggy Hogtown Boys and The Lonesome Ace Stringband\, John Showman and Chris Coole have developed a deep and instinctual musical bond. Their music lurks in a truly unique space that is somewhere on the outskirts of old-time\, bluegrass\, and folk. The songs of John Hartford\, Hank Williams\, Dock Boggs\, and The Band share space with the fiddle tunes of Eck Robertson and Ed Haley. The duo’s original songs and tunes take in all these vistas and paint something both personal and timely. They have performed across North America and Europe at festivals such as Merlefest\, Rockygrass\, Winnipeg Folk Festival\, Mariposa\, Wintergrass\, Gooikroots\, and The John Hartford Memorial Festival. In 2022\, the duo released two albums; “ Afield” a collection of old-time fiddle tunes\, and “Much Further Out than Inevitable – A Tribute to Some Music of John Hartford.”
